Just after acquiring a lot of Koolatron mini-fridges that all conked out in a couple of months, I purchased this a single. It seems to keep the beverages much cooler than the other ones, but the secret is to let it rest. It says on the instructions you need to unplug the unit just after just about every 48 hours. To get rid of the inconvenience of undertaking this, I have it plugged into an ordinary light timer. It goes off for about an hour each night. I consider that's the secret to keeping these units going. Plus the shelf inside is quite hassle-free.
Arrived when stated. Merchandise new in box. Have tried it on two trips already and found it to maintain my medicines cold as expected. Have not tried the warming yet, but if as fine as the cooler, ought to be ok. Put to use on each the 12v and the 120v, worked flawlessly.
